These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pvt website and services at pvt.app (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using our Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Pvt is a data storytelling platform that allows you to:

• Create interactive presentations and visualizations
• Build charts and dashboards from your data
• Import data from Google Sheets (with your permission)
• Publish and share your creations
• Export to Google Slides and Drive (with your permission)

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account using Google Sign-In. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account secure.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.3 Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful conduct.

4. User Content

4.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or import to the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process Your Content solely to provide the Service to you.

4.2 Content Restrictions

You agree not to create, upload, or share content that:

• Violates any law or regulation
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Is fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading
• Harasses, threatens, or promotes violence
• Contains illegal, obscene, or offensive material
• Violates the privacy of others

4.3 Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful or inappropriate.

You agree not to:

6. Google API Services

Our Service integrates with Google APIs. When you connect your Google account:

• You authorize us to access your Google data according to the permissions you grant
• Your use of Google services is subject to Google's Terms of Service
• We comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy
• You can revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings

The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Pvt and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand features.

The Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT
• UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION

We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your requirements or that any errors will be corrected.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PVT AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pvt and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

15. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a legal claim, you agree to contact us at legal@pvt.app and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pvt regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
